Our team diligently ensures clarity in our product images, descriptions, and titles. We kindly urge you to review our products thoroughly before placing an order. Your purchase signifies agreement with all our terms and policies.

Eligibility for Exchange: If you're dissatisfied with our product, we offer a 7-day exchange on all items except Screen Protectors / tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protectors, smart watch protector,Ā and items sold during sales and offers. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery. Contact us at support@mobilebies.com.
- The product should be in its original condition.
- Unused and with the protective film intact.
- Provide Order ID & Invoice.
- Eligibility is subject to the product passing our quality check in the reverse pickup process.
- Exchanges are not applicable for "Sale" or "BOGO" items.
Eligibility for Refund: We provide a 3-day refund in the form of Store Credits for all products except Screen Protectors / tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protectors, smart watch protector, and items sold during sales and offers. Refund requests must be made within 3 days of product delivery. Contact us at support@mobilebies.com.

- Refund amounts will be transferred within 48-72 hours, excluding COD charges for Cash on Delivery orders.
- Non-qualifying returns include "Sale" or "BOGO" items.
Store Credit Conditions:
- Store Credit is non-transferable.
- Automatically applied to purchases on www.mobilebies.com.
- Balances exceeding Store Credit value require an additional payment method.
- Orders within the price range of Rs. 299 to Rs. 1999 are eligible for Cash on Delivery.
How to Obtain Your Balance: Store Credit balances are visible on your Account Page.
Expiration: Unused Store Credit expires 12 months from the date of issue.
Refund Ineligibility Conditions: Customers are not eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Self-placed wrong orders.
- Products not as advertised.
- Purchased from local stores or other websites.
